Fee Structure

The Clarion Group accepts search assignments under fee arrangements that meet our clients’ varying talent acquisition and financial needs.

Fee arrangements include searches conducted on a fully retained or an exclusive contingent basis. With the latter option an engagement fee is due at the start of the search assignment.  Our MyInternalRecruiter service also provides a flat fee option.
