Patricia Briand

Trish co-founded The Clarion Group in 1994. Her vision was to create a business model that provides search services grounded with in-depth industry knowledge along with a level of service and integrity rarely found in the “headhunting” business.

Prior to entering the recruiting field, Trish held senior management positions for national managed health care organizations in the employee benefits and workers’ compensation industries. Trish has a Masters Degree from Chapman University and Bachelors from California State University at Fullerton.

In addition to assisting with senior management search assignments Trish heads our TCG CareerServices Team.

Joe Briand

Joe has experience in the health insurance and managed care industries. Prior to joining The Clarion Group in 1996, he held senior sales and marketing management positions in the managed care and group health insurance fields.

During his corporate career Joe was involved in the start-ups of several health care information technology ventures targeted toward providers, payers and consumers. Joe has a BA and MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
