We currently are searching for:

• Project Manager (construction) — We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our client, to oversee construction projects from inception through design, bidding, permitting, construction and closeout.  This position is responsible for managing the work of Architects, Engineers, Builders and other consultants.  It is this individual’s responsibility to engage with and seek concurrence and support from various stakeholders, community groups, residents and technical groups in development projects.  The Project Manager should expect greater than 50% travel, mostly within CA, and may be based in the greater Sacramento or Modesto areas.

• Operations Manager – Our client is a scientific consulting group specializing in data-intensive environmental restoration projects.We are helping them fill a key position for the company’s growth, charting out the work plans, deliverables, time-tables and deadlines for new projects.  The Manager lays out project staffing plans, monitors work progress, flags obstacles and coordinates the overall timing to meet all contemporaneous project deadlines. In addition, the Manager oversees the company’s technical and development teams.We are searching for someone who is highly competitive and entrepreneurial, a highly-organized self-starter with a track record as a strong manager.  Five-to-10 years of experience in business and people management, ideally in a technology work space with experience to be overseeing development efforts in terms of deliverables, timelines, and customer support (you need not be a systems engineer or architect). A Masters degree is required, preferably a MBA or in the sciences.
